We provide free shipping on all orders above 30 EUR in most of the European Union. For some countries for away from our stock in Germany, we need to add a part of the shipment costs. Orders from outside of the European Union can be susceptible for shipping charges and duties.

If you have been involved in an accident and your Crazy Safety helmet has been damaged, it seems like it has done the job well – keeping your head safe! If the crash has been within the first 3 years after the purchase, we offer a 50% discount on the purchase of a new helmet from us.

It is dangerous to use a defect bicycle helmet, and we want to increase the safety for all our customers. Contact us and tell us about the accident and send us some photos of the helmet and we will help you out.


Did the product not live up to your expectations? We want to have satisfied customers, so if your would like to refund your product, we are here to help. Only condition from our side is, that the produuct has not been in use, and it it within the first 30 days after the purchase.

All returns will be done with a pre-paid label provided by us. If you live inside the EU, we provide you with a pre-paid label for all returns (only within the first 30 days after the purchase). If you live outside of the EU (i.e. the U.K) a fee will be charged, depending on your location.

We are here to help if you are having issues with your bicycle helmet from Crazy Safety. You might as an example loose a buckle or some of the inside padding. Just contact us, and we will - free of charge the first year after purchase - send you a spare part.
