Return Policy

At Crazy Safety, we want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your new bike helmet or accesory, please contact us to see if there is anything we can do to help resolve the issue. We want to avoid unnecessary returns whenever possible, as they create additional emissions and contribute to environmental waste.

If you still wish to return your product, you may do so within 30 days of receiving it. In order for us to process the return, the product must be unused and in its original packaging. Once we have received and reviewed the returned product, we will issue a refund for the total amount of the product. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Returns from the countries bellow will have a shipping fee of 9.90€ or they can choose to send the product at their own expenses:
